![]() ![]() ![]() There was one incident when I was enjoying my breakfast in the lobby area when an employee came in griping about having to walk all around the building in the rain to get inside and that if she didn't get a key issued, she would be quitting.take that kind of conversation out of the public areas. The staff was very helpful and friendly in all my interactions. I did see a sign about asking at the front desk about a skillet, but ended up just ordering out for a couple meals. The "kitchen" in the room is very limited.would really like to see a hotplate/stove/oven option like I find in other brands. Bottom line: despite the drawbacks, we still had an excellent stay at this hotel, and if we ever need to stay in this area again, we will definitely return to this hotel!…Ī very nice place to stay! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only drawbacks at this place were: 1) The shampoo dispenser in our shower dispensed shampoo that smelled a bit moldy 2) There was no conditioner dispenser in the shower, and I did not realize this until I was actually taking a shower thus, I would recommend asking for conditioner at the front desk upon check-in and 3) the price of these rooms seemed a bit high however, we were able to use our Hilton points to bring the cost down to a more reasonable price. ![]() The hot breakfast was in the morning was pretty good, with hot eggs, sausage, waffles, etc. This was very convenient, because I needed to cut up a bunch of fresh fruit for a large extracurricular event that my kids were attending nearby, and I was able to store the cut up fruit overnight in the refrigerator. Our rooms were spacious, and each had a sitting area and a kitchenette area with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. This is the first hotel we have stayed in domestically since the pandemic hit, and we were very pleased by the friendly and helpful hotel staff, as well as the cleanliness of the hotel and our rooms.
